Oliver Realty has you covered;

As a way for Green Valley to retain its advantage of attracting active adults looking to retire Green Valley Recreation Inc (a non-profit) was formed to provide amenities similar to those found in other supersized 55+ active adult neighborhoods.

When you buy a home within the GVR boundaries you become a member of the GVR. As a GVR member you get access to 13 of the centers' community pools and spas, six fitness centers, pickleball, tennis, many other sports/ leagues, professional arts, clubs, and much much more. Golf is not included but Green Valley has many gold courses and membership packages are available. Fees can change contact us if you want to verify the costs.

Green Valley developed this GVR system to rival any 55+ community in the world and many of our clients love what they have done. It’s also designed to be far larger than just a neighborhood as most of the Town of Green Valley is included.

GVR fees are mandatory and deeded to the property. Currently buyers pay a one time Membership Change Fee (some people call this a capital improvement fee) of $2816 upon buying (at closing) their home when it is located within the GVR boundaries. Annual dues cost $505 a year and also there will be a one time transfer fee charged of $450. If you have questions contact Oliver Realty we are pros at this.
