01 / The Property
A Front-Row Seat to the Catalinas
This single-story contemporary home, built in 2000, faces east across protected desert toward the Santa Catalina Mountains. It has a split-bedroom plan, a formal living room, a family room, a breakfast nook, a Pebble Tec pool, a covered patio about 42 feet wide and a three-car garage. It sits in the Amphitheater School District, served by Wilson K-8 and Ironwood Ridge High School.
02 / The Challenge
An Original Home
The home had its original finishes, the interior needed paint and the tile roof needed work. The campaign had to lead with the view and the lot.
03 / The Strategy
Sell the Setting
We built the campaign around what a buyer could not find in most of Oro Valley: an unobstructed mountain view over desert that no one can build on. Every photo, page and headline pointed to the east-facing patio, the pool and the sunrise over the Catalinas. We priced the home at $774,900 and directed all offers to our office.
